The oil phase is dispersed into an aqueous phase containing Hydrolyzed Pea Protein, Lysine HCl, Beta-Alanine, and Zea Mays (Corn) Starch. The temperature is increased to bring about polymerization and crosslinking of the starting materials to form the polyurea at the oil/water interface of the dispersion.
