- Pork Shoulder (78%)
- Marinade (10%)
- Water (6%)
- Glucose Syrup (3%)
- Salt (1.5%)
- Stabiliser (0.75%)
- Modified corn starch (0.375%)
- Acidity Regulators (0.1875%)
- Yeast Extract] BBQ Sauce Sachet (0.1875%)

- COOKING INSTRUCTIONS OVEN COOK FROM CHILLED Hot Fan Oven
- 30 minutes
- 180°C Regular Oven
- 30 minutes
- 200°C Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later
- Place pork into an oven proof dish and put on the middle shelf of the oven
- Heat product for the required time
- Remove from the oven and pour off any juice
- Use two forks to pull apart the Pork
- Pour sachet of sauce over and heat in the oven for a further 5 minutes
- Serve immediately

- Remove all packaging
- If you wish to cook from frozen follow below instructions
- You may need to thaw slightly to help remove product from packaging
- Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later
- Place pork into an oven proof dish and put on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 35 minutes
- Remove from the oven and pour off any juice
- Use two forks to pull apart the Pork
- Pour sachet of sauce over and heat in the oven for a further 5 minutes
- Serve immediately Note

- MICROWAVE Microwave 900W
- 4 minutes
- Full Power If frozen
- Thaw for 24 hours in refrigerator
- Remove pouch from packaging
- Pierce top of pouch several times
- Place on a non-metallic plate and place in microwave and heat for 4 minutes on full power
- Remove pork from the microwave
- Cut the bag open and pour off any juice
- Place on a microwavable dish and use two forks to pull apart the Pork
- Pour sachet over and heat in the microwave for a further 30 seconds
- Leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving
