Pour la préparation du gâteau (415 g): Du chocolat en poudre cacao en poudre), du sucre, de la farine de BLE 29% (sucre, 19%, de l'amidon de BLE, de la poudre à lever (E575, carbonates de sodium), des émulsifiants (E472a et b), du sirop de glucose, du LAIT écrémé en poudre, un épaississant (gomme xanthane), et un anôme. Et pour mon joli décor (20 g): du sucre et un peu d'amidon. Traces éventuelles d'OEUF, SOJA, FRUITS A COQUE.
