Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), water, sugar, vegetable oil (canola and/or soy), yeast, cultured wheat flour, contains 2% or less of each of the following: cornmeal, vital wheat gluten, salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), natural buttermilk flavors, dough conditioner (ascorbic acid, monocalcium phosphate), calcium propionate and potassium sorbate (mold inhibitors).
