Rustic bread

Type 0 soft wheat flour 35%, water, wholemeal soft wheat flour 17%, oat flakes 5%, sunflower seeds 5%, linseeds 4%, rye flour 3.5%, salt, wheat gluten, malted barley flour, brewer's yeast, caramelized sugar syrup, barley malt extract, dextrose, acidity regulators: sodium acetates; preservative: sorbic acid; emulsifiers: mono - and diacetyltartaric esters of mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids; alcohol vinegar, natural flavouring. Treated with ethyl alcohol. May contain traces of sesame seeds, mustard, lupins, eggs, milk and soy.
