Fat-free/Skim , Milk, Corn Syrup, Milk and/or Cream. To replicate the texture and stability of full-fat half and half, it also contains less than 1% of the following stabilizers and additives: Sodium Citrate & Dipotassium Phosphate: Mineral salts used to regulate acidity and prevent the cream from separating in hot liquids like coffee. Mono and Diglycerides: Emulsifiers to help blend the water and fat components. Carrageenan: A stabilizer/thickener derived from seaweed. Titanium Dioxide (in some formulations): An artificial color used to keep the product looking opaque and white. Vitamin A Palmitate: Added to replace the nutrients lost when the fat is removed. 👎
