Flour Tortillas

Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), water, vegetable shortening (contains one or more of the following: partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oils, palm oil, corn oil), contains 2% or less of the following: salt, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), vital wheat gluten, preservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid), fumaric acid, sugar, gum blend, enzymes, dough relaxer (mono and diglycerides, sodium metabisulfite).
