Pollock, water, enriched bleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), vegetable oil (canola, cottonseed, and/or soybean), enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), bleached wheat flour, modified corn starch, yellow corn flour, contains 2% or less of: salt, natural flavors, sugar, yeast, yeast extract, modified cellulose, dehydrated onion, spices, dehydrated garlic, onion powder, whey, hydrolyzed soy protein, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), caramel color, extractives of paprika, annatto and turmeric (color), sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain moisture).
