High fructose corn syrup, enriched bleached and unbleached flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), folic acid], raisin paste, sugar, rolled oats, palm oil, nonfat milk, corn syrup, evaporated apples with sodium sulfite added to preserve color, water, yellow corn flour, contains 2% or less of each of the following: modified cornstarch, calcium carbonate, wheat gluten, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), glycerine, salt, honey, maltodextrin, fd&c red #40, citric acid, soybean oil, corn starch, sodium stearoyl lactylate, xanthan gum, artificial flavors, dextrose, niacinamide, ferric orthophosphate, zinc oxide, vitamin a palmitate, fd&c blue #1, pyrodoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), folic acid, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate and sorbic acid (to retard spoilage), topped with oat bran.
