Each Tablet contains: 250 mg Calcium (citrate), 250 mg Magnesium (citrate/oxide), 20 mg Potassium (citrate), 5 mg Zinc (citrate), 1 mg Manganese (citrate), 100 mg Silicon from horsetail, (Equisetum arcense)(aerial), 100 IU (2.5 mcg) Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin, titanium dioxide, polydextrose, triacetin, polyethylene glycol), croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant). (Recommended adult dose: 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For adult use only. Recommended use: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps in connective tissue formation, maintains proper muscle and immune function, and supports healthy skin.
