Pacific whiting fillets, water, enriched bleached wheat flour (enriched with niacin, reduced iron, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, modified corn starch, buttermilk product (sweet cream, whey cream), yellow corn meal, salt, garlic powder, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), canola oil, corn syrup solids, whey, sugar, yeast, extractives of turmeric, paprika and annatto, spice extractives, lemon juice solids, caramel color, natural flavor, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain moisture).
