7 11510 45.80 Cured gammon joint with added water and a sachet of honey glaze. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Remove sleeve and film lid. Place sauce sachet to one side. OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 60 mins. Place the gammon joint: still in the foil tray. in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour contents of sachet evenly over the joint. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Caution This product contains raw meat. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat. Important Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
