Canonical ingredient
Charcoal, bone. A fine black powder obtained by burning animal bones in a closed container. It consists primarily of calcium phosphate and carbon is listed in Annex IV of the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 (colorants allowed in cosmetic products).
