A blend of: (stone ground whole wheat, whole triticale flour, whole spelt flour, whole rice flour, whole rye flour, whole khorasan flour, whole barley flour, whole millet flour, milled golden flax seeds, whole soybean flour, whole corn flour), water, wheat gluten, oat fiber, corn flour, soy flour, oat bran, soybean oil, enriched unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, thiamin mononitrate, iron, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid), contains two percent or less of: plant sterols, salt, yeast, sugar, mono and diglycerides, enzymes, sesame flour, calcium sulfate, sodium metabisulfite, ascorbic acid, tricalcium phosphate, potassium sorbate, fumaric acid, sodium acid pyrophosphate, calcium propionate (to retard spoilage).
