Select potatoes, vegetable shortening (contains one or more of the following: corn, cottonseed, sunflower, or partially hydrogenated soy oil), salt, and salt and vinegar seasoning composed of: lactose, sodium diacetate, salt, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed, soybean), malic acid, sodium citrate, with bha, bht, and citric acid (0.01% each added to preserve freshness), and less than 2% silicon dioxide and polysorbate 80 added to prevent caking.
