Whole wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, wheat gluten, contains less than 2% of each of the following: soybean oil, cultured wheat flour, salt, wheat flour, vinegar, guar gum, vegetable oils (coconut oil, canola oil, high oleic soybean oil and/or high oleic canola oil), datem, monoglycerides, enzymes, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid (dough conditioner), high oleic sunflower oil, soy lecithin.
